At Ras Paglu, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are food items made in small batches, returns are only accepted in specific situations.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or replacements are applicable if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product leakage during transit

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Opened or consumed products

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
